"SO much better experience than trying to work with the "other eagle" people. I wont name names. The other guys are not open on sundays and so to rent a bike on my husbands only day off working in vegas for a few weeks, We would have had to pay the other guys for 2 days of rental AND they charge an extra fee to be able to promise you will actually get the bike model you want too book. That is ridiculous in my book. Ralph even gave us a military discount and already includes everything you need in his rate, so it was all the way around a much better experience. Other corporate companies, (read: can afford to offer better rates), should spend a day with Ralph to learn how to run their business."
